Every piece of equipment we own is quality checked, ready to use, and we regularly look for new additions to our inventory. We’re always adapting to the latest production sound requirements.

Rental Terms and Conditions

  • Rental Period

    The first rental day of the contract begins on the date listed on your rental invoice as “Pick Up”. The last rental day is the day prior to the date on which the equipment is returned, if the equipment is returned before 10:00 AM. Equipment returned after 10:00 AM is subject to an additional day’s rental charge.

    The actual number of days charged would be for the number of days the equipment is in the Lessee’s possession. This period terminates not on the “Return” date indicated on your rental invoice, but rather on the
    date of the equipment’s physical return to us, indicated by “Date In & Time In” on rental invoice.

  • Inspection of Equipment

    The customer needs to check the equipment during the time of check in, Once this is done he/she shall sign the equipment checklist. This confirms that the equipment has been examined and tested by Customer and that the same is in good working order and condition.

    In the event equipment is shipped to Customer, Customer failure to notify Syncequips of any defects or problems with equipment within 24 hours of receipt shall be conclusively deemed as acknowledgment that all equipment has passed customer approval and is in good working order.

  • Maintenance of Equipment

    The Customer agrees to keep and maintain all of the rental equipment in good condition and assumes full responsibility for all the equipment and supplies until the rented items are returned. The Customer agrees not to remove, cover, alter or deface any tags, serial numbers or nameplates on the equipment.

  • Loss of or Damage to Equipment

    You are responsible for loss, damage or destruction of the Equipment, including but not limited to losses while in transit, while loading and unloading, while at any and all locations, while in storage and while on your premises, except that you are not responsible for damage to or loss of the Equipment caused by our sole negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Lost and/or Damaged Equipment payment

    In the event of any loss or damage to the rented equipment, the Customer agrees to pay the rental rate during the period of time Syncequips is deprived of the equipment and until such time as it is repaired and/or replaced. The Customer agrees that the value of the rented equipment, in the event of damage and/or loss requiring replacement rather than repair of said equipment is the replacement value as determined by the manufacturer’s list price at the time of said loss.

  • Shipments

    If the equipment is shipped, no Lessee signature will be on the rental invoice. The Lessee enters into this contractual arrangement by virtue of the Lessee’s verbal and/or written request for said shipment. The Lessee assumes possession of the equipment and all risk and expense for any shipment once the equipment has been consigned to a carrier, or carrier’s agent. If not specified by the Lessee, the Lessor will determine which carrier to use. The Lessor is not liable in any way for the loss, damage, delay, or costs arising from the shipment.

  • Payment terms

    The lessee agrees to pay 40% as advance payment and remaining 60% at the time of checkout. If the lessee fails to do so, late fees will be charged at the rate of 2% per month.

  • Check for Equipment Availability

    Please ensure availability of equipment for booking that starts less than 24 Hours on the contact above provided.

  • Your booking will only be considered when you submit the asked documents, complete the rental agreement and advance payment.
  • In case you cancel the booking at any moment after making the advance payment, you will be charged one day’s of rent for the equipment that you had booked.
